If the fuel pump in your Mercedes E-Class suddenly stops working, the first thing to do is check the status of the respective fuse, whose location is shown in this video. As shown, the fuse is located in the box inside the cabin, beneath the right side of the rear seat.

It is labeled F6 and is 25A. If the fuse is blown, make sure to replace it with a spare of the same specifications and always work with the vehicle off to avoid any damage.
