Replacing the fuel pump on your Mercedes E-Class is very simple, let's see how to proceed in this tutorial. The first thing you need to do is remove the tank cap in order to normalize the pressure in the circuit. We then remove the seat of the rear sofa, open the central plastic cap and unscrew the external ring nut of the pump, taking care to mark the exact orientation of the latter. At this point we extract the upper part, disconnect the connector, detach the pipes and extract the remaining pump body. For the assembly of the spare part we follow exactly the reverse procedure.
