In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the adaptive automatic transmission in the Mercedes A-Class. This is a very simple and quick operation, to be performed in case of malfunction or after a change of ownership.

First, get inside the cabin, then turn on the instrument cluster and press the accelerator pedal for 10 seconds. Once done, turn off the ignition, turn it back on, and verify that the reset was successful by driving a few miles and observing the transmission behavior.
