As you can see in this tutorial, topping off the coolant in a Mercedes A-Class is an extremely simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, wait for the engine to cool completely to ensure safety.

Once that is assured, open the hood and locate the coolant expansion tank, which is right behind the right headlight. Next, clean any dirt residue in the area, remove the large upper cap, and add the necessary amount of coolant to reach the ideal level indicated inside the tank.

Finally, tighten the cap and start the engine.
