Removal and Replacement of the Rear Seat

Model: Mercedes Classe E W211 - Years 2002-2009

First, locate the two holes at the bottom of the seat where the clips hold it in place. Press with your fingers, disengage, and lift the seat. At this point, you can remove the seat from its position and replace it with the new seat. When installing the new seat, ensure that the two clips for the latch and the central latch mechanism align exactly with the corresponding holes in the base. Once positioned, you can proceed with the installation. This maintenance operation was performed on a Mercedes E-Class.
