First, locate the two holes at the bottom of the seat where the clips hold it in place. Press with your fingers, disengage, and lift the seat.

At this point, you can remove the seat from its position and replace it with the new seat. When installing the new seat, ensure that the two clips for the latch and the central latch mechanism align exactly with the corresponding holes in the base.

Once positioned, you can proceed with the installation. This maintenance operation was performed on a Mercedes E-Class.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
