Today, you will see in this brief and simple guide the necessary instructions to remove and replace the steering lock on the Mercedes C-Class. First, get inside the vehicle and locate the steering lock, which is found behind the pedal assembly (located on the steering column); use a socket wrench with an extension to unscrew and remove it, disconnecting the electrical connector as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new steering lock, as well as the original one, by applying the reverse procedure of removal!
