In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the fuel filter on a Mercedes C-Class, a very simple and quick operation. First, wait for the engine to cool down sufficiently, then open the hood and remove the upper plastic cover. Next, locate the fuel filter, which is positioned centrally, clean any dirt residue in the area, and disconnect both the connector and the two hoses. At this point, remove the water presence sensor, unclip the side strap, and extract the old filter from its housing. To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
