Instructions for Replacing the Fuel Filter

The fuel filter for this car model is located under the chassis, at the rear, near the right rear wheel (passenger side); before proceeding with the replacement, it is recommended to remove the fuel pump fuse to prevent accidental activation, which could lead to fuel spillage. Then, lift the vehicle on appropriate jack stands and remove the protective cover of the filter; due to its location, the mounting pin of the support clamp may be rusted, so you may need to remove it using a drill; clamp the inlet and outlet hoses, unscrew the clamps, and replace the filter with a new one, applying new clamps to the hoses as well; for securing the bracket, you can also use a metal clamp.
