How to Reset the Service Light on the Mercedes E-Class?

To reset the Service light on the Mercedes E-Class, turn on the ignition by rotating the key in the ignition switch: once the dashboard is lit up, navigate through the menu using the controls on the left side of the steering wheel. When you find the maintenance option, select it and then choose the option to perform the reset: this will make the light disappear completely from the dashboard, which can now be turned off by rotating the key in the ignition switch.
