How to Close the Sunroof That Stays Open

The sunroof referred to in the video is the transparent one in the roof. When you open it, to close it, you need a small crank with an Allen head, which can be found in the glove compartment. Using a small screwdriver, remove the small cover located just behind the dome light in the ceiling console in front of the sunroof. You will find a hole to insert the crank. Once inserted, turn the crank, and the sunroof will lower and close. To open it, simply turn the crank in the opposite direction. The maintenance operation shown in these images is performed on a Mercedes E-Class.
