If the cabin air filter on your Mercedes S-Class W140 (1991-1998) is worn out and you want to replace it yourself, follow these simple steps. First, turn off your car and lift the hood.

Next, locate the plastic panel at the top of the engine compartment and remove it completely. Once this is done, find the box containing the filter and remove the protective cover.

Finally, replace the old filter with the new one.
