As shown, the battery is positioned inside the cabin, specifically in the lower area of the dashboard on the driver's side. Before removing it, ensure that the key is not in the ignition, then remove the left cover of the dashboard and take off the lower cover. Finally, disconnect both terminals starting with the negative, unscrew the side bolt, and pull the battery out of the housing.
