Replacing the front control arm of the Mercedes 190, W201 model is very simple thanks to our guide and the following video tutorial. We begin the replacement of the control arm by lifting the vehicle and removing the right front wheel. We continue by installing the spring compressor on the coil spring. Once the compressor is installed, we can unscrew the fastening element that connects the ball joint to the control arm, allowing us to install a new one. After installing the new control arm, as shown in the video, screw in the fastening elements that connect the ball joint to the arm. Finally, remove the support and install the wheels before lowering the car from the lift.
