Replacing the Key Fob Shell

Model: Mercedes Classe C W202 - Years 1993-2000

This is a common issue that seems complex to fix, but in this tutorial, you will see how easy it is to repair your key fob in no time without going to a shop. Pry open the plastic shell of the key completely; this way, you will have all the key components separated. Buy a new shell and replace all the pieces into the new shell after removing the pins that held the two parts together from the metal piece of the key. Reassemble the entire key, ensuring all the fittings required by the shell are respected, and seal the shell pieces well with some appropriate glue, and you're done. Also, replace the batteries for safety.
