To replace the headlight switch in a Mercedes C-Class, use a tool to pry off the panel on the left side of the dashboard. Once this panel is removed, you can push the headlight switch from the inside.

After the switch is extracted, disconnect the connectors at the back and remove it completely. At this point, insert the new switch into its housing, connect it to the connector, and verify that it functions correctly.
