In this video, see the location of the fuse boxes in a Mercedes-Benz B-Class MK2: the first box is located inside the passenger compartment, under the floor in the passenger footwell: you need to open the floor covering to unlock the lid, press the retaining clip, and lift the hinged lid. In this box, you will find the fuses for the cigarette lighter, which is also a power socket, and they are #70 (rear central console socket), #71 (boot socket), and #72 (front cigarette lighter).

A second box is located in the engine compartment, to the right of the starter battery.
