Removing the radiator fan from the Mercedes Sprinter is a fairly simple operation. We start by opening the front hood and then removing the elements that obstruct the passage to the fan, on this specific model we will have to remove the reinforcement bar and part of the air block. Once the elements have been removed, we continue the removal process by disconnecting the fan activation connector and locking it to prevent it from spinning, and finally removing the fan mounting elements. We conclude by removing the fan and cleaning any dust and grease, if necessary, from its housing and the radiator.
