How to Adjust the Handbrake on the Mercedes C-Class

Lift both cushions of the rear passenger seats, then you need to lift the panel under the cushions. This way, you can remove the cover in the center by unscrewing the bolts that hold it in place, giving you access to the handbrake cable. To adjust it, simply turn the bolt indicated in the video and set it to your preference, using the pedal in the driver's seat as a reference. This way, you will have comfortably set a new sensitivity for the handbrake of your vehicle. For reassembly, retrace the steps described in reverse.
