The battery in the Mercedes E-Class is located in the trunk of the car: to find it, open the rear trunk lid and then remove the cover at the base of the trunk. On the right side, next to the spare tire, you will find the battery, which must be released from its position by loosening the screws and disconnecting the power cables.
