Battery Replacement on Mercedes E-Class

Remove the battery from the Mercedes E-Class? Let's look at removing the battery from inside the engine compartment. Open the car door and pull up the hood release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the hood. Remove the battery cover and unscrew the securing bolts of the terminals. Take out the battery from the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage and type). Start the car engine with the key and check the operation of the installed battery. Close the battery with the cover and shut the hood.
