Remove the battery of the Mercedes E-Class? Let's see the disassembly of the battery from inside the engine compartment. We open the car door and pull up the engine compartment opening lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift up the front hood. We uncover the battery from its cover and unscrew the clamping pins of the terminals. We remove the battery from the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage and type). We turn on the car engine with the key and check the operation of the installed battery. We close the battery with the cover lid and close the front hood.
