How to Replace the Stereo in a Mercedes ML 270

To protect any delicate circuits, you will need to release the bonnet from the designated lever and lift it using the support rod. Disconnect the battery, and now you can proceed with removing the stereo. Using special levers, disengage the stereo by inserting them into the respective holes, press them together, and you can extract the entire stereo unit. Once you have removed the stereo from its position, disconnect the connectors at the back of the stereo to connect them to the new stereo you will install and reposition.
