How to install the front headlight assembly of the MG ZS

In this video we see how to install the front optical group on a MG ZS: it is an operation that requires a certain manual skill. Regarding the spare part, it is important to know if the headlight we intend to change has 10 or 11 pins. In fact, the price changes. We can find it on Amazon with the code B0DN625KCG: 10 pin 336.60 euros; 11 pin 427.22 euros. Free delivery in both cases. The procedure shown in the video shows us the partial removal of the bumper, only on the side where the headlight to be replaced is located. This is necessary because one of the fixing screws of the headlight is hidden behind the bumper. The headlight is fixed by three main screws: the two upper ones are visible and accessible by opening the engine hood, while the third is positioned at the bottom and is the one that requires the partial detachment of the bumper. Once all the screws are removed, the headlight is free, so we pull it outwards, disconnect the electrical connector, and proceed to connect it to the new optical group instead: we do a functionality test and insert and screw the lower screw, then the upper ones and correctly reposition the parts of the bumper that we had detached.
