To properly replace the key battery of your MG 3 Mk2, it only takes a few seconds. Just follow the instructions in this mini guide. The first thing to do is to slide out the physical key from the cover to access the side slot. Next, remove the metal part of the cover and the protective cap of the battery located just underneath. At this point, simply replace the old battery with a new one that is fully compatible. Finally, reassemble the cover you removed earlier and correctly reposition the emergency key.
