Check the brake fluid level and reset the warning light on the dashboard on a Mini Clubman.

Model: Mini Mini F55, F56, F57, F54 - Years 2014-2023
Part: Warning light – error code

In this video we can see how to check the brake fluid and reset the instrumentation on a Mini Clubman: in fact, once the car is started we have an active service warning, and if we go to the vehicle information, we find a code that tells us to check the brake fluid. We open the hood, and the brake fluid container is a bit hidden, we have to remove the hood seal, then remove the three screws from the panel near the air nozzle, so we can also remove the protection under the front windshield wiper, and here is the brake fluid container. We clean the cap to make sure no residue falls into the tank. The level is excellent and looks clean, so we will not top up. We close everything and reset the warning light; turn on the ignition, hold down the odometer button, and it will ask us if we want to reset. Hold down again and the reset is done.

How to Open the Bonnet of the Citroen C3

A seemingly simple task that can be quite puzzling on some models is opening the bonnet, as each vehicle has a specific mechanism for this. In this model, you will find an orange lever at the bottom behind the small glove compartment in front of the front passenger seat. Once you pull the lever, you can then fully release the bonnet by also disengaging the internal safety lever, located just above the manufacturer's logo by inserting your hand between the gap of the bonnet and the bumper.
