How to remove the trim and various covers from the Mini dashboard? Watch this video carefully to see how to proceed with the disassembly: using a plastic or metal lever, remove the trim above the steering wheel by prying it off. Detach the piece from the dashboard, then remove the airbag to access the plastics on the steering wheel. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws securing the trim (glove compartment door) on the right side of the dashboard, and remove the piece by prying it off. Finally, remove the other trims from the doors (always use non-scratch levers). Reassemble the pieces in reverse order.
