Where are the fuse boxes and OBD port of the 2013 Mini Countryman located?

The 2013 Mini Countryman R60 has two fuse boxes and an OBD port inside. The first fuse box is located inside the front hood, between the battery and the vehicle's engine. The second fuse box is located inside the cabin, under the dashboard on the driver's side behind a plastic cover with a label indicating the name and amperage of the fuses inside the box. Just above the fuse box is the OBD port. The port is fluorescent yellow in color, making it easy to identify among the other ports.
