In this short guide, you will see the steps to remove and replace the battery of the Mini Cooper key fob. First, take the key fob in hand and start by extracting the physical key from inside it; then use the slot created to lever off the plastic back cover, thus accessing the battery, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the old battery and replace it with a new one of the correct type and with the same code; reassemble the key fob and check its proper functioning.
