Today's guide will show us how to disassemble and replace the battery of the Mini Cooper key remote, following the instructions below. First, we take our remote control and start removing the plastic back cover of the remote by levering on the sides; then we remove the physical key, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove and replace the battery with a new one, of the correct type and having the same code; insert it in the correct direction and reassemble the remote control cover, inserting the physical key!
