Replace Stereo on Mini Cooper

Want to replace the stereo in a Mini? Here’s how to dismantle the parts for the stereo replacement. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws securing the ventilation grille above the dashboard, then use a plastic lever to remove the cover that hides the dashboard (both left and right). Remove all screws present on the dashboard, disconnect the plastic parts around the stereo and the central tunnel pieces. Remove the stereo and the ventilation control panel. Install a new stereo in the central console, then refit all the cover pieces and the central tunnel components.
