How to reset the 2007 Mini Cooper service

To reset the oil change service of the 2007 Mini Cooper we operate like this: we start by holding down the button with the clock symbol (located on the central panel) and at the same time we turn on the instrument panel of the car, press and hold the key until the message "both oil service" appears and we release the button; continue by holding down the same button until the word "rst oil service" flashes and release the button; now we press again and the words "both oil service" reappear. Finally we can turn off the instrument panel and the operation is finished.

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge.
