How to remove the handbrake console in the Mini Cooper?

In this tutorial we can see how to remove the rear handbrake console in the Mini Cooper, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, with a flat-tipped screwdriver, remove the ring located at the end of the handbrake lever, then disengage the relative cap from the base. Subsequently, again with the help of the screwdriver, we release the fixing clip of the handle and remove it from the lever. At this point all that remains is to unscrew the single rear screw, lift the console and disconnect the internal connector located on the front side.
