Replacing the Roof Motor on a Mini Cabriolet

The opening of the Mini Cabriolet roof occurs in two stages: first, an electric motor opens the section above the driver's head, and then a more powerful hydraulic motor moves the entire roof into the rear compartment. If it becomes necessary to replace the electric motor, first remove the plastic cover from the central pillar to access the motor housing. To remove the old motor, disconnect the wiring and unscrew the three Allen bolts that secure it. Position the new motor, tighten the bolts, reconnect the contacts, and before closing the pillar cover, check the roof's proper operation.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
