How to Reset the Service on a Mini Cooper

Model: Mini Mini R56, R55, R57 - Years 2007-2014

To reset the service on a Mini Cooper, turn on the ignition without starting the engine (to turn on the ignition, press the "start" button without pressing any pedals); once the ignition is on, press and hold the "0.0" button on the rev counter until the car symbol appears. Next, press the button at the far left of the indicator stalk until the oil symbol with kilometres appears on the display below. Hold the button on the left of the indicator stalk until the word "reset" appears, then keep it pressed again until a box with a tick appears next to the text.
