How do you reset the Oil Service light on a Mini Cooper?

Model: Mini Mini R53, R50, R52 - Years 2001-2007

To reset the Oil Service light on the Mini Cooper, you need to press and hold the button located on the side of the speedometer. While still holding the button, insert the ignition key into the ignition switch and turn it to power on the instrument cluster. Once the cluster is powered on, release the button when the oil replacement interval appears. Then, press and hold the button again until the interval is reset. At that point, you can turn off the instrument cluster completely.
