How to Disable the Start&Stop System on a Mini Cooper?

To disable the Start&Stop system on a Mini Cooper, insert the key into the ignition switch and start the car. Once the engine is running, locate the button with the A icon inside a circular arrow. Pressing this button will illuminate an orange light on it: when the orange light is on, the Start&Stop system is disabled. Press the button again to turn off the orange light, which will reactivate the Start&Stop system.
