Replacement of the front brake pads of the Mini
Model: Mini Mini
R53, R50, R52
- Years 2001-2007
Let's see how to proceed to replace the front brake pads of the Mini. We open the hood, unscrew the cover of the brake fluid reservoir, remove the cover and loosen the nuts of the front wheel. We lift the car with a lifting bridge, finish unscrewing the wheel nuts and remove it. With a lever we separate the pads from the disc, remove the protections and unscrew the nuts that lock the brake caliper, remove the retaining spring and anchor the caliper to the shock absorber to prevent falls. We remove the old pads and retract the piston into its seat with the appropriate tool, clean the contact surfaces and apply a layer of anti-seize grease, put on the new pads. We reassemble everything by reversing the operations. We repeat the same procedures with the other wheel.

How to Replace the Fuel Pump on an Opel Corsa C
Usually, upon the first ignition of the dashboard, a sound similar to a spray can be heard from the rear of the cabin: this is the fuel pump pressurising the system and preparing to supply fuel to the engine for ignition; if this sound is not heard, start by checking the integrity of the relevant power fuse, and if it is intact, verify that voltage reaches the power connector; if current is present, you can also try powering the pump directly to confirm it is faulty; replacing it is very simple, just disconnect the connector and hoses, then unclip the retaining ring and remove it to replace it with a new one. by ScegliAuto More videos
