To reset the "Service" light on a Mitsubishi Outlander, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Use the buttons on the steering wheel to navigate the onboard computer menu.

Find and select the "Settings" option. Within this menu, look for the "Maintenance" or "Service" option.

Once located, select the option to perform the maintenance reset. Follow the instructions that appear on the display, confirming the reset by holding down the designated button for a few seconds.

Once the procedure is complete, the "Service" light will turn off, indicating that the system has been successfully reset and updated.
