How to reset the service light on a Mitsubishi Outlander MK4

In this video, we will see how to reset the service light on a Mitsubishi Outlander MK4: make sure all doors are closed, do not press any pedals, and do not start the engine. Turn on the ignition, and press the "menu" button, located on the panel on the left side of the steering wheel. Use the arrows to scroll through the options on the display until you reach the "maintenance" option and press "ok" to select it. Within this menu, select "oil control system": the vehicle may ask you to set a new maintenance interval; you can either confirm the standard value recommended by the manufacturer or modify it. Scroll to "reset" and confirm. Once this is done, the reset is complete. Turn off the ignition and restart to verify that the service light is off.
