How to Replace the Air Filter on the Mitsubishi Lancer

If you want to proceed with a DIY replacement of the air filter on this vehicle, you can find the instructions in this description and refer to the images in the video. First, open the bonnet and locate the box containing the filter, which is situated at the top under the windscreen. Then disconnect the air pressure sensor connector and unclip the steel pins securing the box cover. Open the cover and remove the filter from its housing. Take the new filter, which should have the same specifications, and position it in the compartment. Close the cover by securing the steel pins and reconnect the sensor connector.
