Replacement of Cabin Air Filter

Model: Mitsubishi Space Star MK 1 - Years 1998-2005

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, just behind the glove compartment: to access the air duct and thus the filter housing, first remove the glove compartment by unscrewing the relevant fixing screws; at this point, remove the caps from the cabin air filter container (there are actually two) and extract the old filters one at a time. Ensure there are no dirt residues inside the filter housing and insert the new ones, orienting them according to the direction of airflow indicated by the arrows printed on the filters.
