To carry this out, open the bonnet of the engine compartment, locate the cover of the filter box positioned near the windscreen on the driver's side.

Unclip the two metal clips that secure the cover, which is integrated with the filter housing to facilitate extraction.

Remove the old filter element and replace it with a new one, ensuring that the box is clean, then insert everything back into its housing, securing it with the metal clips.
