In this guide, we will provide instructions for removing and replacing the rear tailgate handle on the Nissan Qashqai. First, open the rear boot lid and begin to disassemble and remove the internal trim of the tailgate; to do this, unscrew all the securing screws, prying at the sides to remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, use a star socket to remove the nuts of the handle, then remove it from the outside; disconnect the electrical connectors for the number plate lights and replace the handle with the new one, reassembling everything!
