In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove the tailgate opening handle on a first-generation Nissan Qashqai. First, open the boot and remove the plastic panel by unscrewing the fixing screws and prying at the sides, as shown in the video. Once removed, unscrew the three fixing nuts of the tailgate handle using a 10 mm socket spanner. At this point, detach the tailgate handle from the outside and disconnect the electrical connector of the lock; now you can replace it if necessary and reassemble everything!
