How to Remove the Gear Knob on Nissan Navara

Want to replace the manual gear knob on your Nissan Navara? Follow these steps: grip the knob with your hands and turn it to the left (as if you were unscrewing anything), then remove it from the gear lever. To install the new knob: take the new knob and screw it onto the lever in the centre console, then tighten the new knob until it is fully secured on the lever. If you wish to replace the leather gaiter at the bottom of the knob, remove it. Finally, test the movement of the lever in the centre console to ensure the knob is correctly fitted.
