How to Remove the Steering Wheel from a Nissan Navara

Before you can begin, disconnect the vehicle's battery to work safely, then sit in the driver's seat of your Nissan Navara. Start by unscrewing and removing the fixing screws for the airbag, located on the back of the steering wheel.

After that, extract the airbag from the steering wheel and disconnect its electrical connector. This will give you access to the nut that secures the steering wheel to the steering column.

Proceed to unscrew and remove it. Once you have removed the securing nut, unclip and slide the steering wheel off the steering column. After removing the steering wheel from your Nissan Navara, you will have completed the disassembly.
