To do this, we will need the appropriate repair kit, easily available online. First of all, separate the handle from the tailgate, then disconnect the connector and, using both pliers and sandpaper, remove any residue from the old fixing clips. Next, apply the adhesive product provided with the kit following the instructions, place the new clips and wait for everything to dry. At this point, all that remains is to reassemble the handle to the tailgate.
