Replace the Timing Belt on a Nissan Qashqai

Lift the car on a column lift and remove the right wheel arch liner. Use a spanner to loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the belt off its seat. Using a socket, unscrew the tensioner pulley bolt and remove the water pump; fit the new water pump (if removed), the tensioner, and the belt itself, tightening everything with the socket. Finally, reinstall the arch liner bolts and refit the wheel with the tyre onto the vehicle.
