How to Resynchronise the Remote of a Nissan After Changing the Battery

Let's see in this video how to avoid losing the synchronisation of a Nissan vehicle remote after changing the battery: insert the key into the ignition barrel without starting the engine. Turn the key between ON and OFF six times quickly (within ten seconds total). On the sixth turn, leave the key in the OFF position. At this point, you will receive a confirmation signal: the indicator lights will flash twice. Remove the key from the ignition. Press and hold the "lock" button on the remote for three seconds; while doing this, also press the "unlock" button. Then release both at the same time. Now reinsert the key and start the car to test the buttons. Compatible models include: X-Trail up to 2007; Murano I; Terrano II; 350Z.
