How to Remove the Rear Bumper from a Nissan Micra K14

To remove the rear bumper from the Nissan Micra K14, you must first remove the rear lights: unscrew the visible bolts inside the boot and pull out the light, which is held by two clips; disconnect the electrical connector. In the wheel arch, remove the butterfly screws, while under the bumper in the centre there are more clip hooks along the lower edge. In the space left by the lights, you will have access to a 10 mm bolt that secures the bumper laterally, and some clip hooks, known as "popper"; to detach them, simply press the central tab or pull the bumper laterally outward. Now the bumper is only held by clips along the upper edge. Grasp it at the sides and pull it straight towards you, firmly but without yanking. Disconnect the parking sensor connectors first.
