To set the clock in a Nissan Altima, get in the vehicle and turn on the instrument cluster and audio system. From the radio display, enter the main menu using the "Menu" button.

Once in the menu, scroll through the options until you find "Clock Adjust"; select this option to access the time adjustment. At this point, you can modify the hours and minutes using the navigation buttons or the central knob, confirming each step with the "OK" button.

After setting the correct time, exit the menu to automatically save the changes. Finally, check that the clock on the display is updated correctly.
